I used one of those Tactician Amulets after our chat the other day because I really wanted to try playing a crazy, two-handed maul wielding, tiny elf Reaver. I still haven't gotten her to Skyhold yet, but I am having more fun as a two-hander.

Oh, sweet cups. You haven't met my dad. I guess the older generations had a very different code of manly. I've held them to a standard like Clint Eastwood. But a female Marine? She'd be more like our favorite lady in RED. Classy, sassy, and can kick a**. No need to take names.

It's weird though, since Kyrrah I've only been able to romance Cullen with Kyrrah clones. Same goes for Solas and Cookie, just not the clones part, he's Cookie only. But Rohain works just so well, even though only in Haven still.

I also turned her into a two-handed warrior because I find them more fun than sword/shield warriors. I am still going to make her a Reaver though.

I'm such a chauvinist; when I was playing as my canon Warden Kashya, I was romancing Alistair. Now I'm doing the same thing with Rainier.

 

Now it's not that I don't want to control her, it's just an observation that as soon as romance dialogue ensues, I just (for mysterious reasons) feel like I'm rather in the shoes of the male part, and somehow magically get to control the reaction of my vis-a-vis.

I understood it perfectly just after waking up so it was well written.

Probably just means we must have smoked elf root from the same batch. No worries about the approval thing. It's common for people to assume that the outcome has to do with approval or even based on the Vallaslin decision.

I got more racist PMs in reaction to my many comments on the sudden appearance of black people in Thedas. I could screenshot and black-out the usernames if that's any good to you. Or you can just trust me on plentiful reasons to drink many quantities of units of gallons of things and/or stuff.

 

It's hilarious how outspoken and self-assured people think themselves to be, ironically while they're clearly realizing how it would make them look in public.

 

Basically, it's trying to convince the lean, mean way too diplomatic brother he's in the wrong for enjoying an improved graphics engine; but with the assurance they'd stay out of my (curly?) hair as soon as an RPG based on African (?!) culture releases.
