I think I've said it before, but I can totally understand his position, and it's completely different to how he would have been with the HoF.  He knew the HoF personally and so trusted them (depending on the playthrough, anyway, I guess) when it came to building an army to fight the Blight.  He doesn't know the Inquisitor or the Inquisition personally and so doesn't trust them the same way. They just look like a loose cannon army sat on his doorstep and he has no idea of its intentions.  So it just reminds him of the attempted Warden-led coup from centuries before that got the order banished (which is mentioned) and the more recent Orlais occupation (which isn't, as it would politically impolite considering where they are).

 

If he knew the Inquisitor better he might not be so worried....but I guess that would actually depend on the Inquisitor!

And the ones with Dawn are what brought me back to look at the entire thing in the first place, because my sister watched it in the TV some... three? years ago.

And don't worry. Around here, only Misty and Dawn aired (plus maybe some of the very latest - Black and White? - but I don't consider it Pokemon without Brock around. At least back in the good ol' days, Tracey who replaced him for a grand total of a season had Misty to back him up.) and May got the short stick.

Except for the very first few. I may prefer to watch stuff in original (or as original as English gets, because Japanese-English translation tends to still be the more exact, and the more translations it goes through, the more gets lost) but HEY.

THAT'S MY CHILDHOOD RIGHT THERE, AND I SURE AS F*CK DIDN'T SPEAK ENGLISH WHEN I WAS FIVE. Well, I did, but I considered somebody "exceptional" if they could cound beyond ten in English. That's what level I was. A1 was a maestro in comparison.
