Haven't seen the Crones in ever, but thanks for the drink.

Sit down, we'll talk.

Considering he lived with them all, I wouldn't dismiss his opinion so readily.

Of course. But it's one opinion. One point of view. Who's to say he's right? No one has told us a different point of view, or even one that would back Solas' up. I'm not saying he is lying. I'm not saying that he is completely wrong. I'm saying, there could be more going on that even Solas doesn't know.

Well given the story the Elves tell about Andruil, Mythal, and Fen'Harel, there seems to be independent sources backing up their gods may've not been the best.  I know I know Mythal was the 'best' of them and Fen'harel is who we are talking about.  But consider, we too have varifiable evidence outside of Solas's story that the Evanuris may've not been the best of people.

The Elven stories are fragmented though. Half of it may not even be true. It's not a reputable source. However, they are likely based on truth. But again, who's to say what the truth is? Solas and Mythal say they are bad. Mythal could very well just be pissed off and wanting revenge. I know I would if I were her. Solas was seperate from the lot of them, or so it seems anyway, so even then, his viewpoint wouldn't be all that clear. Now if we could speak to one of the Elven Gods that were banished, that would certainly clear up a lot, because then you've got sources on both sides of the argument.

Talking with Andruil may be an interesting experience.

He didn't lead a rebellion and fight against them for nothing. And if I were Mythal, yeah, I'd be pissed that they murdered me too. She definitely wants revenge. She says that to the Inquisitor.

I think Dienne's hiding somewhere around, and don't forget the faithful Mabari hound.

And who's to say his goal was just? Him?

For all we know, the Evanuris could have been the good guys. Maybe their actions were questionable, but perhaps them being in control stopped the world from turning into anarchy. Again, there are two sides to every argument.

You know I was thinking about that earlier and during Ciri's adventures in Space and Time she mentions running into a world where the people had machine's in their heads and conducted 'war from a distance where everyone by something like a megaphone' and everyone had their own flying ship.  Now I was thinking that such a wold would have destroyed the Wild Hunt if they ever came to it, but then I wasn't sure.  The Wild Hunt has access to powerful magic, teleporting ability, instant ability to make the winter strike on command.  Ditto for the crones.  Imagine you are lining up a head shot then...poof.

I get chat from friends sent to me again 16x each line every hour or so.. but chat and friends list has been fine today, not in-game though sadly

scratch that, most recent resend was only twice every line. big improvement.
