Edit: Have the closest thing this humble keyboard layout can dish out.

And you should have the "~" in some key  used with AltGr or shift.

(I think Fascism lasted until 70's-80's in Spain, actually. Mainly because that branch wasn't a bunch of retards in charge of a country)

Aaaand yes. He was allied with Nazis and Fascists in Germany/Italy, but gave them the finger in time as I understand. So it was probably Fascism at some point. Things change, though, and the US being allied with him probably means something changed. And let's face it, the only ones he ever fought were the Communists, supported by the USSR during the Civil War in the 30's. Which is likely where and why he became allied with Hitler and Mussolini in the first place, as France and UK were in an alliance with the USSR at the moment, thus unable to help anyhow. He simply went to the blokes who'd give him help, and they happened to not be the West. (And let's face it, Hitler considered the truce with USSR a worthless piece of paper)

 

All in all, I don't see much evil with Franco.
