By the way, since I saw her on TV yesterday, I'm fairly certain Sera was at least partially based on an Elf-erized version of actress Natalie Dormer:

Like Sera, she isn't what I like to call "mainstream hot", but she is without a doubt beautiful and has a very unique face in the most positive fashion IMO.

Jawline, chin and cheekbones are the only thing I can really see that would have influenced Sera's design. So yeah, partially.  :P

The first time I saw her (on Game of Thrones) I just about exploded in my pants.

So did I! And Ser Pounce ****-blocked Tommen on getting a piece of that!   :P

She has the same facial geometry; plus Dormer always has this "photo face" she makes, which I imagine would be the exact same one Sera would put on. They have the same kind of charm.

I realize now she was in Game Of Thrones (I merely saw her as a guest star somewhere), which is another clue, given approximately half the dev team is hooked on that show form their Twitter alone.

You know that are a lot of simularities between the two worlds too.

All character faces are original, so that's about as much as you're gonna get. Plus elfy nosebridges are something not seen very often outside professional boxing.

Some, but not a lot. Murder, bribery, child marriages... those aren't really found in Dragon Age. Dragon Age and Game of Thrones only have the base few similarities, which can be found in pretty much any fantasy piece of work.

I'm gonna step outside the line and admit I'm actually glad for that; in a media landscape sparked by it, where no new story can exist without sporting all of the most terrible facettes of human existence anymore.

I couldn't keep watching Game of Thrones, because everything about it is sad and depressing.

I'm glad for it as well. Originality is hard to come by nowadays.

And it's not ALL sad and depressing. There's like, one or two happy moments in the series so far.

It is rather ironic though, for me, the best way I think to characterize GoT is 'there are no heroes'  the best way to describe DA is there 'are no vilains'.  Sure this does not quite fully work with either given Jon Snow and Danaerys Targeryon over on Thrones and Corypheus over in DA vill.  But I think its something both universes try and live up to.  Its also rather telling but I could easily see Game of Thrones/ A Song of Ice and Fire ending...poorly.

Oh it's going to end badly for the characters. The Whites will slaughter the North. The South will run scared. Then Dany will ride in with her dragons and burn them all. So absolutely everything that could go bad, will go bad.

I believe it was. It probably came back when they were patching other stuff. I doubt they will patch it again.

I'd rather just dupe it in skyhold.... takes so much less time.....

Yeah, and within three years, she will single handedly bring it crashing back down.

I've been trying to watch Game of Thrones season 5 and it's.. Boring. And each attempt has put me to sleep so I have to back track. It really sucks.. Where's the blood!?

Has anyone else come to the conclusion that DOnk is more manly then 95% of the men in here?
