The only line she does better than the other three, but still starts to sound a little shrill. The rest of her angry lines sound shrilly and eye roll worthy to me.

Much as I love Alix's voice, I'm inclined to agree with this.

1) Try playing Medal of Honor 2010. That line just stuck with me. The protagonists nickname is "Rabbit", and together with his team leader, "Mother" they have to un-f*ck a situation where "Voodoo" and "Preacher" got MIA'd. While looking for them, you encounter a camp with a much more sizeable force. That's when you're told that "Stealth wins, Rabbit."

 

2) Well, she didn't insert enough growly-noise. But that might just be me. She does 'em all quite well. Plus in my experience, you as an American have a deeper voice than the Brits I've met.

I tried to play an Alix voiced Qunari once and the voice seemed really weird to me. It didn't suit her at all and I ended up deleting her. It's kind of weird how the battle cries/taunts are still in the default voice. Even if you change it to the non-default voice, a Qunari still grunts in Sumalee's voice and it completely ruined my immersion. *drinks because rules*

I love my Alix-voiced qunari, but both Acantha and Inkeri are very... Well Acantha is just plain sweet and cute despite the horns, and Inkeri is icy but very posh and proper.

The anerican male voice just sounds exhausted and tired when he says "can't one ****** thing in this world stay fixed?!" I had to reload because that was just not how Aubrey would say those lines.

Yes, but not when it's attached to the agressive icon, and it wasn't what I was expecting aftr hearing Alix's version. So I was disappointed.

That scene worked so very well with my canonQuisitor with a female amercan voice. Also..

Choosing that option with a Josiemance will result in the sweetest, most "real" display of romance in the game, in my opinion.  Josie's look of shocked concern and her way of silently comforting Inky with her embrace are just perfect. It was even more fitting since my Enna had NEVER cursed like that before or shown that the work was getting to her. Josie-wosie is the best romance there is
