You kidding?  *looks at left arm*  I can do one-handed pull-ups!  Cassie gave me some very rudimentary but effective tips in basic sword and board fighting.  She refused to show me anything fancy as she said I'd just get myself killed trying that stuff.  Still, I have a few ideas of my own...  So when is this happening?  Weekend or tonight?

 

... I just did a search for "best fight songs" and I have not heard of any of them on the first hit result.  Hell, I think I've only even heard of two of the artists... that M&M fellow and Linkin Park.  Craptastic modern music, I'll just pick something to keep my blood pumping til the match starts.
