Do the devs have no idea a block of C4 works different fuse-wise than a SLAM? I swear, it felt like we were planting M2 SLAMs instead of C4.

I mean... hell. It was completely off, though. I mean, I scrubbed with my 416, and my backup P226 worked way better. I need to sleep...

 

Maybe I can find a clever Spirit of... Choice, or whatever the hell the demon will claim. Lots of things in the Fade. I'm going to see what awaits me there tonight.

Story time.

Once upon a time, Dazzle was a stupid Canadian tourist who thought she could walk from South-end-on-Sea to her hotel in Rochford.

After getting very lost and scared and wandering around in the dark for 4 hours, she found herself in front of a firehouse at 2 a.m.

Luckily the firemen were very nice and after hearing out her tearful story, they put her in a cab and Dazzle arrived safely at her hotel.

So the moral of the story is either find a first responder (firemen or cops) or call a taxi and get home safely!

*kicks open the door to the tavern, looking all battered and bruised and covered in cuts. Moves towards the fridge to grab the ice cold whiskey sitting in there. Cracks open the bottle, takes three big gulps of the strong liquid and sets the bottle down again before grabbing a huge shard of glass sticking out of his arm and pulling it out, leaving his hand covered in blood. Then heads over to a drunk Rivaini and, still feeling the adrenaline rush from his encounter with the yobs, passionately snogs her, leaving bloody hand prints on her back and a*s. Then carries on drinking his whiskey.*

Crazy night...

*taking the bottle with him, leaves the tavern to spend the rest of the night with Cassandra*

*Elu Thingol returns from meeting with Minister Bellise, picks the six vandal aria, and sighs happily as he finally completes the final upgrade for the last potion.  All potions fully upgraded.  Ponders what he should bother planting now.*

 

Found a minor error I never noticed/ran into before.  While talking with Minister Bellise, I offered my forces in exchange for her help with Josie's problem.  She said it would be nice not having to deal with Gaspard for troops.  Gaspard is dead.  Celene and  Briala rock the Winter Palace.

 

*taking the bottle with him, leaves the tavern to spend the rest of the night with Cassandra*

 

*Beren chuckles as Poodle, who apparently cannot handle even a few shots of whiskey before becoming blotto, staggers out the door with a Cassie cardboard cutout Ber strategically placed earlier*  Not tonight, I think.  Tonight is reserved for Beren and Cassie pooh bear.
