Be careful with walk softly then because the elite mobs get rather high health but the new abilities make them more interesting as well. The spellbinder at the crossroads get more or less impossible to beat without dispel for instance.

So next question: lol. I am actually thinking about picking up a PS3, this is a very unlikely possibility but I am thinking about it, my question is this: Does any of the newer PS3s have the ability to take screen caps like a PS4, OR is there an ap you can download off the net that will enable you to do so without fancy equipment?
You can do it by pressing the PS button and the start button at the same time, but some game developers do not allow it.

Ha, IS it even possible to get their barrier down without Dispel? I wasn't able to, at least not on a low level.

Interesting thanks Lyn. Do you know where BW stands on it? Because the only reason I m getting a PS3 is to run through DA and ME again.
If I get one. And take pics of my Shepard's/ Cousland/ Hawk

Nope. I go periods of time without any Dr Pepper in the apartment.

No idea. I've never tried to take screens of any BioWare games.

Yup! It is great. It really keeps me on my toes so to speak =) Overleveling is not a problem. Future playthroughs will all be taking it slow as well. Cannot go without health potions yet though.
I like Walk Softly and Even Ground as well but man I've had to run from more fights than I care to count on my new playthrough.
Dispel and Horn Of Valour are your friends.

Oh Maker. Well thankfully I think Dispel is fairly easy to get early game.

I couldn't =) The barrier just got bigger and bigger and bigger =D

Yes, how to get that spirit damage at low levels though. Have to look into it.
But anyway it sort of forces you to go do other parts before the crossroads, play it differently, which is nice.

What difficulty are you playing at? And that is one reasont o love the Open World. You can run away and regroup if things prove too difficult for you. Heh. Reminds me of my first party wipe in DA I.

Try Grizzly End. If you thought getting attacked by bears at level 4 sucked before, wait till you come across a promoted one.

That too. But since I'm before Skyhold, that's not an option right now.

I think I'd find that too unbearable. I'll pass.
@Ash. I did not see your top pic until just now. Its rather amusing that even after 10+ years Cullen is still horrible at flirting. ![]()

Same! Or Demon Slaying runes because fighting rifts........................................... Ew.
But on topic Walk Softly is really fun, allthough I'm still rather irritated when enemies start using all those abilities they never used before, takes some time getting used to.
Also: who had the great idea Elite Wraiths would be fun? I hate those things!

I've liked the character since my first ever dao mage lady run because of it. He's really, really bad at talking to her roflmao. Reminded me of myself back then.
edit: now I'm watching my recorded video of that scene from dao bahaha

..Amriki stronk...?
(Random excuse for sharing that vid. I still find it hilarious to this day how he doesn't shut up the entire mission, but once he picks up a launcher... Dead silence. Also, AMRIKI, YOUR FRIND BOBIK, HE BLEEEED!)
True story, sister.
So, who pissed in your coffee this morning? There's got to be a reason for stuff.
Where's Serza? I need him to save me from pugs!
Busy with 90% sneakiness, 5% stuff shooting and 5% of pure badassery. I wouldn't expect myself for the next few hours. Too busy, see.

He's not that much different from dao, in my opinion. lol. Older, bit mroe confident but still has the same sense of duty etc. though that's basing off his one scene in mage origins before he was tortured by abominations and blood mages for.. he doesn't even know how long for. bubblegum bubble of doom. So while I didn't like his huge personality change to anger at mages etc, I could understand why it happened.
top, prettiness!

He played morality ping pong. He went to both extremes and saw how evil and horrible both can be which has made him one of the most even keeled characters in the whole series. He went from one extreme and then was thrown to the other which has moderated him significantly.
