I crushed Foley's dreams, almost got sent running from the tavern by Donk and Verse... close to borrowing Serza to shoot arrows at my neighbour and gave Sparkles cake...

 

Quite a day

Hell yeah, sounds like a pretty fun day indeed. I should catch up a bit now.

 

Oh and my brother has dragged me into Blood Bowl 2 and I'm now the coach of a team of murderous dark elves whose only purpose in life is cause injury or preferably death to the enemy players.

 

In the last game I played against my bro half of his guys ended up KO'd, injured or dead. *grins*

You lot do realize they gutted the entire DAI team and it's just project leads (Laidlaw, Darrah, Weekes, Epler, etc.) left? Everyone else has been moved to ME:A or, in the case of most of the writers, secret IP.

I knew they sent them all off elsewhere. There is no reason to keep them around right now, seeing as BioWare don't even have the proposal for the next game ready yet. That, and it will be years before the game will even start proper development. It will be like Half Life 3 at the moment. There will only be a few people working on the game. Literally, a few. 3 or 4 at most, more than likely. Limited funding. That will be that way until the new IP releases, probably.

I'm not sure what is going on with him, but he is not a traitor, that is for sure. It likely has something to do with Halsey. Maybe she has sent them on a mission or they are trying to rescue her or something. Halsey is like every Spartan II's mother. They'll do anything for her.

 

That's... what I've observed. She also suggests she's the only one (or one of the few) to see them as humans, while everyone else sees them as weapons.

Not lying. Valve said that Half Life 3 is only being worked on by a skeleton crew. They aren't giving the funding needed to build the game, because they don't have to. Valve make enough money from their micro-transactions and through Steam. They keep moving people off of there and on to other games. Half Life 3 is never going to happen.

 

Now with BioWare, they don't have the same thing as Valve, but they've got the name and they've got the IPs that are loved by millions of people. Those games are guaranteed sellers. But, they still can't afford to work on 3 AAA games at one time. ME:A obviously has an immediate need for money and workers. That's coming out next year. The new IP as well, will require so much time, money and effort in order to get it off the ground. More than an already established IP. Dragon Age won't get much until that new IP has at least reached the three quarter point in it's development. Same will go for ME:5.
