1) Uh, nope? I keep getting voice quality that is very high on Teamspeak. I mean, my friends' voice differs very little in real life and on teamspeak. It's all about the equipment you have, and the codec the server is running (We use Opus Voice, which is the biggest Quality TS offers as I recall - derping around, we did sound like robots on the lower ones, but Opus gives us near-RL quality)
2) You can still customize. It's just a name list that allows them to have the names from the get-go. You can still play Fashion Simulator later.

3) Exactly! You're NOT an Elf! How would you stand any chance with Royness remains a mystery to me.

4) They sometimes can. In my PT, Donk got shot out of HEAVY. You always want as good cover as possible. It doesn't always work, but 45 defence versus 30 defence? Yes please. If you can't do a good one, just break line of sight and lure them into an Overwatch trap. Overwatch Infantry with Covering Fire also works, but for full potential, get Opportunist (about... two ranks higher, maybe)
