FWIW, your XCOM trooper on my squad is named Razzle Dazzle, nickname Princess.  Unfortunately, she's laid up in the infirmary right now after taking a taking a shot to the face...

Well, she's Canadian, she's a she, and she survived long enough that I could give her a nickname.  That meant either you or Verse, so I flipped a coin and you won.  As for the shot in the face, well... it did earn you the Urban Combat Badge.

 

P.S. - I can color coordinate your uniform.  Tell me your two or three favorite colors and I'll see what combos are available.

Hmmm. I got Dazz too on my starting platoon in XCOM in this playthrough. So far, she's been in the Barracks. I have to cycle through forty people (Sorry, Duelist, you didn't run that Overwatch properly, make that 39) so it might take a while.

Seriously, I can tell from the medal it's vanilla. They replaced medals with Officers (rank and file range from PFC to MSGT) and you can have 3 LTs, 2 Captains, 2 Majors, 2 Colonels and one Field Commander. All in all, you get 10 people with Lieutenant bonuses, but don't forget that you start with 40 people that you need to cycle through - and you're recruiting throughout the game. It's not uncommon to have had a total of over hundred people cycled through XCOM by the end of a Long War campaign.

 

If you choose the right country bonus, you start with 60 troops, too... (I chose SAS, meaning I get +3 Aim on my I/I playthrough, and right now... actually, I think I chose SAS again on my Normal Ironman PT - my first LW campaign had a bonus named Cheyenne Mountain, meaning Excavation is cheaper, and I start with all four cargo lifts in my base)

Half-way through Talia's playthrough, give or take a few sidequests. Half is my best guess anyway

 

 

Talia's about to go say hi to the Sacred Urn of Andraste's Ashes.. boy that's a mouthful, and spend hours trying to figure out the bridge puzzle...

(StormQueen is not a very smart person and still has trouble figuring it out after all this time)

Alistair? Maybe because we were talking to the Cammen guy from the Dalish camp. Listening to him pining over a woman who wouldn't marry him because he couldn't hunt. To be fair Talia looks pretty unimpressed by the whole situation too.
