Never did acid, but I tried mushies. Pretty much just cackled like a loon the whole time.. and saw some colourful patterns. Alas, no alligator/tree hybrids.

 

A couple of weird things happened weeks later, though. Like going on some lucid dream trip halfway through sex.. the ex wasn't impressed lmao.

Shrooms are what really put me over the edge.. but I took a lot. I don't think the delusions/hallucinations are as apparent as LSD, but you can talk yourself into some haunting beliefs and assumptions on it.

Only lasts 20 minutes but holy fark!! Chairs were floating in the air... best trip ever. Gotta be careful though, cause you smoke it as you would with um.. "elfroot".. but it makes your throat feel like it's stuck together and gives you the delusion that you can't breathe. You gotta use some serious willpower otherwise you won't enjoy it.

I still got hospitalized for it. I had already made up my mind to quit on my own, but I had set off enough alarms that my family didn't trust me. And then doctors thought I was lying.. "in denial"... which made them push their agenda even more.
