1) The necros by new users don't really surprise me.  Going to have a lot new people with the GOTY and whatnot.

 

2) Cancel your twitter accounts and you won't have to deal with bad icons.   Also cancel Facebook.  They're both pointless.

Yes! I think the last time I went on Facebook was back in early spring. Maybe even later back, I can't remember. I'm not even stalking friends anymore with my non-existent account, too much BLERGH there.

And don't own a mobile anymore.... about the same time I canceled facebook. Like 2009.

 

Lets say that I imploded back then. I have to keep a landline though.

Yeah I really don't want to sound like I'm blaming someone for using it when I say I don't like it, it's not like I don't understand that it's a great way to stay in contact. What I always really hated was all the 'You never answer on Facebook! You're never online!' stuff I had to hear. It's just, you're answering you're complain right there, bonus points for actually having most of the people on my phone messenger or on other sites. It's not like they couldn't contact me there - stuff I'm actually using. Which they know. Aaargh. Anyway don't mind me, just ranting, shembalolalaoloala, I guess.

Beautiful. I missed sunset today. Did see plenty of sunshine.

When I worked the nights, not seeing much daylight was killing me. I would sleep through majority of it, and that was summer. Right now, I would legit sleep through the whole deal, only ever seeing night.

And only seeing the darkness of night whenever I looked out the window... Ugh. Depressing.

Days are a bit more beautiful things since.

I'd say the key is the people you follow/contacts you have. I used to think Twitter was stupid, but after coming back recently and following tons of people from the Bioware community it's much better.

 

I don't use Facebook though, everytime I log in my account there are tons of friend requests from people who are not my friends nor I give half a **** about, and I don't share pictures of myself either. I have like 7 "friends" there.

My Facebook... my profile pic is still me sitting on a tank. A photo taken in... 2010, maybe 2009.

I use it to chat with people every now and then, but it's a rare thing.
