Actually, it was the second attempt. First attempt Tali dead, crew alive and for reasons I didn't understand Legion and Kasumi gone. So I reloaded and did some missions with the bad feeling that this wasn't a good idea either

After a couple of my ME1 imports under my belt, I wanted to ensure my (I do think it was my 3rd) playthrough had all survivors. Found a chart that explains the choices. Will link it if you like, but not doing so here in case you don't want spoilers and are too weak willed to not click if it is right in front of you

@ ravenesse: I'm a little delirious (joking, slight fever) but in general I'm good. And happy. No rum so no grog (Captain Sparrow disapproves -10000), but I have (had, to be fair) half-empty (or half-full) bottle of Jägermeister from New Year. So, I'm on a road to recovery, thank you.

That's the thing about growing up.
Must say, the character import from ME1 to ME2 was quite amazing. Did they change the engine from 2 to 3? I nearly peed myself, as I saw my 'imported appearance'. That's not imported, that's ****** scary!
