Never played Dead Space actually, but I recently purchased all 3... I guess for a rainy day.
I wish I could unlock that armor for my Hawke though.. it's expired. Looks sweet.

Ahh, Outlast is amazing! Did you watch the teaser they published for Outlast 2? I'm pretty excited! I think the best about this game aren't the jumpscares and all, it's the whole sneaking through the asylum and panicking before opening any kind of door or turning around corners.
And yeah, I think playing these kind of games alone is the best experience. After all, you really start joking too much when someone else is there. Ruins the whole being scared thing!
Ahhh, I see! All the religious stuff and the propaganda IS pretty creepy. I still get creeped out playing Bioshock1 and they're talking about the concentration camps for example in the Voxophone thingies you find. Now I want to play..... stoopid real life...
I haven't watched the teaser I think, but that sounds great ![]()
Yup, same happens to me most of the time when I'm with someone else, I start making random comments or insulting the enemies
(It didn't happen during the Outlast playthrough, though).
And yeah, the whole false utopia thing was disturbing shite.
*drinks to dienne's exquisite taste*
To our exquisite taste!

I just noticed DPR's showoff list is getting longer every time I see it..
Another game I was fond of was Vamp/Masquerade: Bloodlines
It wasn't exactly horror, but it had some good moments. I'd recommend it just for being a great RPG though.
Yup, it definitely has it's creepy moments, specially if playing as a Malkavian
loved the "voices in my head" thing.

Found it great that there's a mod because so many people freaked out over that 'kind of shining' hotel quest. I loved that quest.Yup, it definitely has it's creepy moments, specially if playing as a Malkavian

I played one of the Poncy guys, if I recall.
He was a Lestat ripoff, I guess.

Love that game. Even though with all the community mods it's still buggy as hell.
Was also my first refund related steam game. Had Vampire on my list for a long time. Bought something, hated it and told the customer service guy, I want a refund on my account and that I would buy Vampire for it. Got my refund... and that was before Steam's refund thingie. Another reason I keep Bloodlines in good memory.
But, as a fellow P&P player who just liked the Vampire franchise, I also loved Redemption.
Oh you're right about the bugs
and the combat is pretty frustrating at times, but I still love the game ![]()
I haven't tried Redemption but since you recommend it I'll add it to the wishlist.

Ventrue yeah? the noble ones that can't drink animal blood
My first playthrough was a Ventrue lady (actually my first character ever was a Malkavian but changed to understand the story better and avoid spoilers).
*wanders into the tavern and goes to hid ein her table fort*
huh... there's empty mugs and cookie crumbs everywhere...
*looks around angrily with lightning sparking around her*
(in best Jo Wyatt voice) Why do people keep breaking into my room?
Spoiler

OHAI! See now, the thing you need to ask yourself is, is it really breaking in when I have a key??

I had to look it up again. It was Toreador.

*blinks*
How did you get a key???
*blinks right back* Don't you remember who BUILT your table fort?

I remember! I didn't realise my bro would keep a key to it though! ![]()
Wait, so you have a key to my lair too? *Is worried about the tea*

ETA: Dammit, OOL already ![]()
Don't ever EVER let Roy have it! ![]()
I am so rigging up some tripwire and touch traps inside my table fort now... Just to give anyone who enters a bit of a .. surprise..
She's after my tea cabinet. She wants to throw it into the harbor ![]()
