That's one of the strangest things to me about joining forums: having absolutely no idea what kind of human beings are behind the names (and subconsciously associating them with their avatars, no matter how hilariously incorrect those associations may be).

I know the feeling I usually consider people the gender of their avatar.

kidding, but that's my mental mindset when barging into any forums hahaha, I prefer confusing a guy for a girl, then a girl for a guy.

Mine changes all the time, often with no particular rhyme or reason.

At the moment it's Lightning because she's probably my favourite Final Fantasy protagonist.
Next week I may go back to Miguel Cotto or Asami.

Hey everyone... started playing Fall Out 4....and I'm embarrassed to say it took me an hour to get out of the vault. And wow this crafting...is a game within the game... It's like Sim City/Sims meets Skyrim or something...it's something else.

That's fair. I get confused sometimes because I see thing sometimes and I don't know if it's the person's IRL name, a nickname, an elven word I don't know, etc. Haha.

I'm not surprised, I watch a lot of anime and confuse character genders a heck of a lot more often then I should admit.
