So if I ever steel myself to do a douchequisitor run, there's one thing I'm unsure about. I want to upset as many people as possible, obviously, but does that mean getting Vivienne to go away, or actively empowering her?

Liara is missing in ME3. She's an LI in all three, though ME2 only has substantial romance content in the Lair of the Shadow Broker DLC.

 

Other than that, Lady Tabris, Commander of the Grey, with Unhardened King Alistar (he had to leave her. Stupid duties), Lady Hawke with Merrill, and Lady Inquisitor Lavellan with Sera (Sera Lavellan. Sounds good, doesn't it.)

 

Then... I have difficulties on which ME Trilogy to pick as Canon PT. I mean, I had FemShep Soldier who was with Liara, a DudeBroShep who was with Tali (Adept, I think) and another DudeBroShep who was with Ashley. Liara's is good, but... I love Tali, ok.

No, I really can't stand Vivienne. She has some amusing dialogue, but that's about all she has going for her (for me). But if the goal of the playthrough is to be the absolute worst, then I'm wondering whether being her BFF would actually be more douchey than just making her disapprove of me.

I know that you get a cutscene with her if her approval is very low but I guess that's about it regarding her. But yeah, same, I also can't stand her. I stopped recruiting her in many playthroughs because I knew I wouldn't talk to her so why bother? But I guess I will start doing it again in the next pt. 

I don't think she would be thaaat bad if she just stopped with the DAAARLING bullshit. 

But that's a good idea, an Assquisitor with Viv as BFF, I could see that.
