Went to the Hinterlands to recruit Blackwall. Got sidetracked by fetch quests for two and a half hours before finally getting around to recruiting Blackwall. Oi, the Hinterlands.

And yet it's still no where near as easy to get permanently sidetracked as in Skyrim. Which, you know, is good, because I accordingly never actually finished that game.

400+ hours logged playing skyrim, I doubt I even got half-way through the main quest chain...

Still haven't made it work again.
Eh... yes. And 400+ hours is pretty decent. I finally made it through the main quest half a year ago or something. Had to use the console twice for that. Had two long reported game breaking bugs.

First I finally stood with my Elder Scroll on that mountain, spoke the words to summon great Alduin aaaand... Alduin gives a f*ck. He just doesn't appear. I could scream all I wanted.

Then I used the console, summoning the great evil. I nearly killed him, but then I got roasted. Happens. Game reloaded, I attacked again... and again and again... and started wondering why Alduin takes no damage anymore. Went to the wiki and read, that this also is a popular bug. You die, you reload, Alduin really is immortal.

Quit the game, reloaded again, killed Alduin in the first attempt, ate a sweetroll.
