I don't much see the point in marriage anymore. All it is is a piece of paper that says you are bound together. Like that is eternal binding or something? Silly now. The world we live in is a lot more complex than that.

I think I'm a bit lost there. What do my parents have to do with me chatting with you?

(Just for the record they do have friends and meet them, just not too often. They wish I was more sociable but understand that I've had very bad luck on that matter and that I'm extremely shy, so they mostly leave me be).

Plus when I was watching Phatom Menace earlier the line "Fear leads to anger, anger leads to hate, hate leads to Sufering"  is ALSO an absolute.  As much as I love Obi-wan that line was pretty stupid.  But on the other hand I do not think this was bad writing but I do think that this was actually a well thought out character flaw. One I think he got (mostly) past by Episode IV...although his treatement of Vader.
