Anders didn't solve anything. Violence in itself isn't good. He just slaughtered a bunch of random people. All that does is confuse people.. just like terrorism.

Starship Troopers is sucha good book. Contains some very hard truths. Liked the movie too, even if the director tried to make the human society in to some sort of nazi state.

The part of it being an exact science is the fact it's rarely necessary.

 

Sure, giving the impression you're ready for it can avoid a conflict, but that is up for careful consideration, and more often false than not.

I agree with that too.. but that's a lesson I learned later. I'm probably ready for it because I was too hotheaded once before. Then I learned to hold back.
