I am so confused in DQ right now.  I was around 15 pages back, started to catch up, then screwed up and clicked on last page instead of next page and lost my place for awhile, liking stuff totally out of order.  I finally, after very confused and frustrating backtracking, found where I should be as far as catching up, bookmarked it, and closed the tab.  Will sort that out later.  Sticking to the "group" DQ in the meantime.

That's an explanation I sent Paragon yesterdayas to why I've been absent from this thread for the last couple of days for the most part.  I'm so hellishly far behind (now at 19 pages) and I've gone OOL just liking stuff in the group.  So... while I will be catching up now in this main DQ thread, y'all won't be getting any love from me today, and I am so very, very sorry about that.  cry.gif

Prepare for possibly many multiquote catch-up posts from me.  Or none.  Guess we'll just see how that plays out.  *Clicks his bookmark to page 3223 to begin*

Did you enjoy it?  Guessing not since, other than several specific scenes, they pretty much sucked donkey, uh, stuff.  IF you get dragged to IV-VI, I think you'll find them more enjoyable.  Also props for being an aces girlfriend.  goodwork.gif

I am so accustomed to seeing the term SJWs that I misread this and was very confused for a moment.  In my defense, I am in the post-pain/squishy-brained phase of a migraine.

Also, I tried changing my avatar a couple of times, but it just didn't feel right.  So, we're back to this fellow.

*snort* For you Whovians/ Throners could you see Rose Leslie as the next Doctor?  "You know nothing Clara Oswald."

Why not, she's appearing in everything else these days! Plus, the Doctor would be ginger at last!

Her normal accent, though, is, I guess you'd say, southern English, rather than northern.

Plus.... gorgeous. Which would be confusing, for me at least!

No clue about the Who part except that people possibly would go bananas because 'FEMALE DOCTAAHH NAHH NO WAAAAY!' but Ygritte/Jon was annoying as heck in the TV show. *drinks*

I'm not sure the world is ready for it yet, but there really is no barrier to the idea any more except the objections of tiny-minded folk.

Praise be to the Moffat for that last bit.  I admittedly did not want the Doctor female until Missy rolled onto the screen and nailed it in the Magician's apprentice...I know she was in it before hand but the 'death in heaven' stuff was such an abortion of an arc it did not make anyone look good, except for Danny Pink.

I am still dissatisfied with Danny, and the ridiculous emnity with the Doctor. It never felt right, just forced.

I thin I have said it in here but I liked Danny, I like the Doctor/ 12 (though not as much until Series 9) and I loved Clara.  But for some reason sticking these three awesome elements together just...didn't work at all.  Which was why Series 9 was so breathtaking and such a breath of fresh air and then you had the awesome line in the very beginning of the season...which I cannot remember close enough to quote...but I think you probably know the one. :P

Anyways Emma Watson would make a very good Female Doctor, Rose Leslie would work, and a lot of older actresses could nail the role but their names escape me sadly.

The Trevelyan Siblings, new tv show title!

Oh, crap!  Are we on a reality TV show now??  *Panic sets in as Beren looks around for hidden cameras then flies off to hide his girly mags*

Spoiler

I spent the last two hours slaughtering snoufleur for money.

Dammit, Roy!  No wonder I haven't been able to find any.  I'm still trying to pay off the bill for your bloody Dr Pepper bottling plant, you know.

I know what you mean, i've missed Kyrrah. lol, didn't realise how much until just now hahaha

  Everyone misses Kyrrah (and you, just so you know) when she's (and you again) not around.  Beating heart of the DQ, eh?

I am the only one who has the right to post this gif in here! *hectically waves some important looking papers around*
Only elven mages shall use Asha'belannar's wisest words!
You missis, are no elven mage!
*heaviliest drinks*

Gonna need that in official canon crayon by Miss T before it's enforceable.

So, turns out except for episode one with stupid Jar Jar Binks, I actually really like Star Wars! Well, at least episode 2 and 3 I do; I'll let you know next week if I like episodes 4-6 :)

Huh.  Okay, I stand corrected and am glad you enjoyed the outing. :)

Well, everyone still does , I do not have any friends I can actually see in person. Only a few people online i know barely anything about and live on the other side of the world, but don't seem to mind my prattling too much.

:( <3

Then Star Wars must have been the exception because damn he was bad in those. :/

No, it's not just Star Wars.  I watched a movie with him called Jumper.  The movie itself wasn't good anyway, but even so, he was so horrible.

Exactly, the elements just didn't mesh very well, if at all.

The line I'm thinking of, personally, is: "Yeah, my carer. She cares so I don't have to."

It's 'December' on the DW calendar ;)

That is a good one too but I am thinking of the one at the end of the Witch's Familiar.
