I have led a horse before. It won't allow you to do anything wrong to it, but you only need a slight nudge on the leash to tell the horse you want to go. It will follow.
And then... you have a real friend. And to be face to face with a horse that will let you pet him on the head, stare into the eyes.

I've seen quite a few Nugs in my life, and knowing Dave, and knowing you, and generally knowing pretty much anything there is to know about Nugs, including being on a first-name basis with the King of the Nugs.
I also recognize that nose... And I've seen a horse before.

I didn't love one of mine when I got her, she was a deadly b*itch. But, it wasn't her fault really - she's OK now but it took some time (and bruises - mine not hers) getting there (now I love her very much).
