I actually looked up a recipe for this when you mentioned it/posted that yummy looking pic.  Never heard of it before.

And I have to admit I'm not a cocktail/longdrink person at all but I do love that Absolut Vodka in vanilla flavour. Raspberry flavoured stuff is always great. Creme cacao - never had this one before I'm afraid.

Short story: I'd really like to try one now.

Have to look out for it when I go out again. Or just buy the stuff and mix it together at home, I'll certainly find use for the vodka and syrup anyway.

The one I'm thinking of is a white chocolate liquor. It mellows out a lot of drinks nicely.
