Fallout is taking up enough of my fleeting time as is. Yet I must say, I'm rather surprised by the companion cast; as well as the welcome, yet unexpected emphasis on them in gameplay terms. I missed this sorely in Fallout 3.

I'm generally too classy to have internally cheered at that.

 

 I'm level 20 and haven't gone to Diamond City yet.  I've picked up the most awesome (well, I didn't pick it up, I killed something legendary for it) 10mm which is brilliant for picking off ghouls when they rush me (better VAT percentage and less AP use).  Other than that, I've put the most perks into levelling up my sniper rifle (Dave) and making sure I can make the settlers happy and protected.

 

I've decided I'm gonna lead the Minutemen when I play FO4 next. I know, I bashed them to begin with. But I read a novel about them in the MEA section that made me like them.

 

You have to make a choice?  Wait, don't tell me.  And I'm locked in with Preston and getting a bit worried where the hints are leading .... *puts fingers in ears*  La la la la ......
