Was it a vanguard? It was a vanguard, wasn't it?
Naw, 'twas the only other guy I know in the places I play who likes the Navy SEALs. Naturally, I don't play as the SEALs too much, because, well...
The only other guy who wants to play as them is to stupid for anything but CoD.

Found an anime I actually like! The bf and I spent the whole night binge-watching Fullmetal Alchemist, it's great!
I tried watching the first episode, but it didn't catch my interest. You might also try Gurren Lagann.
There is also Akame Ga Kill. Personal favourite. Really sad though...

I think what really draws me in to Fullmetal is the equal law of exchange, and their quest for the truth. It's little more serious than the other animes I've seen, although I'll admit I've not seen that many.I tried watching the first episode, but it didn't catch my interest. The saddest anime i've ever seen is actually an OVA of a decidedly NOT sad anime series. Namely Rurouni Kenshin.
Both OVA's of that series are sad, but the prequel "Rurouni Kenshin: Trust&Betrayal" is a non-stop feels train with a more realistic art style. Seriously great but tragic stuff ![]()

Even the music is mastefully tragic

Gurren Lagann focuses on these characters that have spent their lives underground, until giant mecha type things come and fall through into their home. They then get to experience the outside world, the surface for the first time and the dangers that comes with. Only managed to watch a few episodes before my Netflix ran out. I enjoyed what I saw though. It's humourous, not to serious but not to child friendly.
Akame Ga Kill is pretty serious. Lots of blood. Death. Action. Sadness. Happiness... It is an emotional roller coaster. I'm going to be picking up the manga in January.

@Roaming. I haven't seen that one, but as soon as I can (I think I saw it on Netflix before - which I will get again as soon as money allows), I'll give it a watch.

No problem. Trust&Betrayal is great in that you need zero knowledge about the series as its a prequel. Heck, knowing late 19th century japanese history will be more useful as a the story takes place during real events and contains plenty of real historical figures ![]()

Having some problems with SWTOR. I finished the minimum download. Played it fine. Logged off after a while. Closed the game down, let it finish installing. Trying to play it again. It messes with my screen resolution. The game creates a window, that isn't quite a window, more like fullscreen, except, it only takes up the corner of my screen. Not sure how to fix this.
Edit:
Unless someone knows how to fix this, I can't play it.
