We should probably find some health poultices for lynroy..
*digs through satchel*
String, ball of yarn for cats, thin wire for traps, tattered map of the Frostbacks, travel diary, scraps of plaideweave...
no poultices, oh noes...

The discussion of anime and body pillows reminds me that I miss Bakemonogatari.
Bakemonogatari was good. Have you ever tried Noragami, Shigufumi, or Gurure Kokkari-san? I have yet to try Noragami but I can tell you about the others.
Shigufumi, or letters from the departed, is about a girl (?) who delivers the last words, confessions, and reveals of the recently deceased. About 13 episodes in total but it rminded me vaguely of Hell Girl ( Jigoku Shoujo ) which I highly recommend.
Gurure Kokkuri-san is about a girl who acts and believes she is a doll. She summons the fox kokkuri-san who moves in to her ( and her stock pile of limited edition ramen ) dismay. An obsessive inugami follows wth a middle age Tanuki who reminds me of Jiraiya. It's shojo but more odd slice of life than anything else.
What is the picture of? It looks like a raccoon dog...
I'm fine. I think. *sways and clings to table* Just a little drenched in Dr Pepper. Better find some dry clothes.

Visiting my parents for christmas...
Me trying to make conversation with my parents:

We don't fight its just that...we have exactly zero things in common. Makes for some "fascinating" dinner conversations during these half forced get-togethers.
Also, finding out that Torchwood has been removed from Netflix here and i hadn't finished watching it:

I don't even buy many presents ... though my parents have a work around for that and buy gifts for family and say they're from me.. I give them the gift ideas sometimes.. lol
Those convos are a lot like mine with my parents Roaming. Absolutely nothing to chat about because all 3 of us have different interests and I can't stand 3 hours of them talking about their work either rofl.
It doesn't help that i don't really feel the urge to be social normally. If i have some objective in mind, like when i'm at work, i can talk eskimos in to buying ice but random social situation?
Im basically her:

With this being fairly common:

If a question can be answered with a single word, i will do it ![]()
Jealous, both of the cider and having a brotherThat doesn't sound like fun. :/ It's always a riot when my family gets together whether we are chatting or playing video games with each other. It'll just be me and one brother this year though. Family is scattered around and we all have jobs that require us to work during holidays. At least I'll have all the sparkling cider to myself. Yummy.
Oh frell.
The Steam sale.
Nooooo.
*equips gear with 100% Sale Resistance*
The. Steam. Sale...
Did it ever happen to you guys that you just looked at the Sale and thought "Well, ****, I don't actually want anything."?
I see stars. *incoherent mumbling*
*hands over poultice regardless of anything*
*sigh*
It was rigged...
My parents and brothers are flying over for Christmas but like Roaming and Stormy, I have nothing in common with them other than DNA and rugby league, which I've long since stopped playing.
I love them n all but conversations between us just happen to be awkward what with me being the quiet one in my family.
Hey, at least you love 'em. Better than the alternative!

Nope. However I do have the "ooh shiny I want" *wallet sadly objects* situation a lot.

190.. maybe 15 of which I've played for almost 1 hour each.. 7 of those for more then 10 hours...
Finally managed to make an Orlesian Warden with an imported (US) playthrough. Usually you can't do it, but you need to use the console. Among other things. It's a pain in the ass..especially if you want to switch races. Made my Commander a dwarf. She looks like a dwarf Isabela. I don't know what's Orlesian about her though... I suppose she's a daughter of merchants.
Why is it that I don't mind dwarven females, but hate the hell out of the males? Am I just sexist? ![]()
And then there is the GOG list..... X_x

Well, as I said, I think I crafted gear with 100% total Sale Resistance this year...
I was thinking about Insurgency, but that's about it. Skyrim DLCs might be cool, too, but I don't do Skyrim that much anymore.
The sale reminded me of a half-forgotten purchase from last year though that I only played nine hours of.

Most of my games have at least 30 hours put into them...
I mean, I have fifty on Life is Strange! (And don't even have all the Ep5 photos still)
Games over a thousand hours are rare with me, however. The ones I never played are usually the ones I got in Humble Bundles and have zero interest with as opposed to something else I got with the same bundle.

That's how I see most of them... Oghren or not. They're clownish.
Plus, I'm vain and like hot or cute people... tbh. I don't celebrate crappy looking things.. I think that's probably a hipster thing.
The only game with completely bananas amount of hours in to it i've got is Skyrim. ME1&2 are next with 120+ hours in to each of them. Me3 has something like 60 ![]()
