ROFLMAO!!! Of course I had to try it myself and there it is! His eyes are a little glazed over. xD

Admittedly, he was a little nervous. He doesn't get nervous very easily.

Holy sh*t! I just finished watching The Revenant, and I have to say, that is the best film I have seen all year. Amazing camera work. Brilliantly written and acted. It features Leonardo DiCaprio and Tom Hardy, as well as some other familiar faces from recent movies. Seriously, watch this movie, especially if you like anything from the late 18th Century to early 19th Century American Western Frontier.

Edit here:

Technically, the movie hasn't released yet in the UK...

...

So, what's everyone up too?

Back in Pillars of Eternity, developing an obsession/crush on one of my companions there and about to be dragged by a friend to watch the Star Wars movie.

Oh, and thanks for the recommendation, I'll keep an eye out for it.

I can imagine all those Orlesian ladies dying of envy

ToP that nobody will see:

I see it!

 I can see that. Ais would probably think something similar.

ToP: Yup, Maeve again. A tender moment.

Christmas!

Isileth certainly has style. :D Florianne does seem to be a bit tall. She certainly loses height when put into a box.

...it's one of the best features of her after she meets the Inquisitor.

*distributes eggnog, cider, and gingerbread grog whilst dancing merrily across the tavern floor*

Bakemonogatari was good. Have you ever tried Noragami, Shigufumi, or Gurure Kokkari-san? I have yet to try Noragami but I can tell you about the others.

Shigufumi, or letters from the departed, is about a girl (?) who delivers the last words, confessions, and reveals of the recently deceased. About 13 episodes in total but it rminded me vaguely of Hell Girl ( Jigoku Shoujo ) which I highly recommend.

Gurure Kokkuri-san is about a girl who acts and believes she is a doll. She summons the fox kokkuri-san who moves in to her ( and her stock pile of limited edition ramen ) dismay. An obsessive inugami follows wth a middle age Tanuki who reminds me of Jiraiya. It's shojo but more odd slice of life than anything else.

What is the picture of? It looks like a raccoon dog...

I have watched very little anime. The only shows I've watched in entirety other than the Monogatari series are Spice & Wolf and Last Exile. I think the main thing that drew me to watching Monogatari was how hilariously off-beat it was.

If by picture you mean my avatar, it is Totoro (Miyazaki/Studio Ghibli), as santa.

*equips gear with 100% Sale Resistance*

I find that wearing my *I don't have a PC* gear tends to be especially effective where Steam is concerned.

Okay, I am moments away from hitting the road and I won't be back until Saturday sometime.  I -might- check in via phone while gone, just depends on how boring the family becomes. ;)

Anyway, I want to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas, or just a very happy festive few days for whatever reason if you're not the Christmas type.  Regardless, happiness and joy to you all.

AND I WANT NO HOLIDAY MISHAPS, YOU HEAR ME?  MISS T DESERVES A VACATION AS WELL FROM PATCHING US UP!!  SO BE SAFE, YOU F*CKERS!  *said with much love and affection*

I didn't even know there is non-alcoholic eggnog for the longest time.
The one with alcohol tastes quite weird in my opinion.

(I think this will be the first Steam sale this year where I won't buy anything. I think.)

Oh, and my weapon is modified to deal extra Own Sale Income on each hit. So far, I'm MAKING MONEY this sale.

That's probably a first, outside of game companies anyway.

My family spreads Christmas over the 2 days. We have our big dinner on the 24th and open all of our presents to one another.

Then over the course of the night we secretly fill one another's stockings (there's a room with all the stockings, honour code that only one person goes in at a time) and then we open our "santa" presents in the morning and watch the Disney Parade, and eat cinnamon buns!

My family spreads Christmas over both days as well. On Christmas Eve we put out a spread of all you can eat lunch meat, bread, cheese, crackers, pizza, cookies, truffles, chocolate etc. We get a new ornament and pajama set and allowed to open one gift. Christmas morning we eat elaborate bread and cinnamin rolls watch parades ad open gifts. Later that night we eat a huge turkey dinner. We also have stockings.

New Year's Eve is much like Christmas Eve by spread. Meal on New Year's Day is ham... usually fondue.

Wow, sounds great!

Our's is a hot meal: turkey, mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole, salads, cooked carrots and peas, roasted brusselsprouts, all sorts of salads, buns with butter, cranberry sauce... I think that's it, haha.

The spread we set up for the week leading up to New Year's Eve is always out and refreshed often. It's just me and mom celebrating but meh. Sounds like dinner here too.

I live far away from pretty much my entire my family so I hardly ever see them at all, let alone at Christmas. I've not had that kind of seasonal get-together for.... thirty years?

I'm getting a ps4 and DAI GOTY on Christmas but never played it before. I'm thinking of rolling a female Qunari Sarebas (cause reasons) or a dwarven rogue (female) as my virgin Inquisitor but if any of you can offer advice I'm happy.

1) I'm thinking of having each mage specialize in different elements. Which ones start with points in one already?

2) What is the point of no return for the templar/mage conflict? OR Where is the selected choice forced. (Heard you can still avoid choosing IHW completely by avoiding castle... True?)

3) Which skills are nerfed. KE is certainly.

4) Glitches or what not

Good to start off with. If you could add links or personal experience I would be content. Thanks!
