I don't think just measuring predator status is the way to do it though. Civilization didn't rise until agriculture. That, in turn, gave rise to all kinds of things (arts, quality items, as you pointed out above). The ability to just sit and think more often is what made us superior. lol. No matter how many improvements in hunting there were over millennia.

But yeah, the wasteland sucks. :P

Actually, some sort of civilization existed before agriculture, but it had been severely limited, as hunter-scavenger groups could largely sustain themselves provided enough land (a hundred square kilometers, I'd think?) - there had been trade, however, and by extension, some sort of civilization.

Some fine tuning with the makeup and bone structure. Oh, and a new haircut!

The old haircut suited her better... other than that, I can't judge, because I'm too busy looking.

The very first gift from the Levant to an undeserving world.

Mediterranean master race.

Too bad the cradle of civilization is so fucked these days. Think of the artifacts, think of the knowledge lost because some idiot decided something.

But I refuse to debate religion and politics here, and I think you said that one of the major Lebanese rules is to NEVER, EVER debate politics.

Just sad that the first place to have a sewer system and thought out cities is now in such a bad shape.

It isn't that fertile of a crescent anymore anyways.

You could ignore all the politics and religion and that will still stick out like a sore thumb.

Hmm. Has anyone ever wondered why does Maryden pronounce the first syllable of "Dalish" ("Da") with the "a" sound instead of the "ei" diphthong?

Everyone else in the universe seems to use the diphthong, but Maryden instead goes for the short vowel sound.

Dig it.

I think red suits her better, but at the end of the day, it's YOU who's going to be looking at that face the entire playthrough.

Maybe Maryden is secretly a Finn? :P

(we pronounce words exactly as we write them)

Just looking for opinions ;) Looking at them side-by-side, I prefer the red as well.

I don't like her eyes. They look severely bloodshot.

Edit:

I do like red eyes. Or, any colour that isn't a natural one. My favourite is purple. But, the blue around the outside just looks... wrong, to me. Like she is suffering from something very painful.

Well, the lady who voices her is a Russian by birth, but lives in Canada (or somewhere else in the NA?) most of her life.

And you'd have to ask Dame, but I'm the next best thing you have in regards to Slavs right now, and we'd just pronounce it with a long vowel, not short. It is pretty possible Russians do it differently, but I'm not aware.

Well.... She kind of is ;D Though I suppose that they would need to be green instead, if that was the case.

I made Lyna's eyes green around the edges, as opposed to the general blue-ish theme she had going on.

For anyone still searching for the definition of "Unfun, stupidly long grind" I suggest trying the Patton II in Derp Thunder.

She reminds me a little of the actress of Robin in "How I Met Your Mother".

I found trying to create visuals of age to be the tricky part. Enna is 44, but also an elf, not an easy combination. I think i managed it but the signs of age are really subtle and only really stand out in certain light

Yes, I hear you. Kashya looks more as intended in the left picture. I feel like for women, there's either twenty-something or sixty-something, when it comes to skin complexion.

Yup, hence all my quizzies being either severely baby-faced or under 30. One of my quzzies was going to be 16 until she romanced Bull and I brought her up to legal age :P

I usually use the Emporium to change hairstyles or give myself a scar. Being in hand to hand combat many times, you're going to earn yourself some scars.

I do that too, lol!! It just seems so right
