It isn't quite confusing at all. What I find quite confusing is the misuse of your, but then I don't know why I should be confused by that.

I think we're just mocking the stupidity of going so far as to make an account to make ten posts of various kinds just to get one of them accepted.... so as to post crappy advert things weeks later.  I mean, that's dedication, and it deserves all the mockery and contempt we can muster.  Which is, y'know, quite a bit.

Huh, that's weird.  Normally a change of avatar affects all posts, but Foley's just changes from that first post with the new one onwards, and the old ones are still OB-GYN.  Never seen that before.
