No, it was expensive before, but noticed it dropped recently. So I was finally ready. It was 18 bucks. That ain't bad. I remember it was close to this price when it was on Kickstarter.. I should have just got it then.

 

It's the Hero Edition.. not sure what difference that makes.

Here I am slaughtering monsters and such, having a great old time.. and then some sappy boy band lovesong starts playing on my playlist. Killed the mood.

 

I know, right. Sappy songs always ruin it whenever I'm killing monsters, rolling around the Galaxy, shooting things (metal is the best for that! NATURE OF THE BEAST!) and recently getting irradiated (did I mention that game is actually kind of cool? Bloody ants, though. Wasted ALL of my ammo on them yesterday trying to do a quest)

 

Welp, it's almost 3am and I'm out of cider, that means it's time to sleep. Good night, DQ. Drink responsibly... or not.

 

And here I had two glasses of champagne. I might have to try cider one day, since all of you enjoy it. Thing is, I don't really drink alcohol much...

...a fifty wouldn't bounce. Not a thin sheet metal Brodie. If that is even a helmet, because a Brodie would be a little less... tall.

 

Plus that rifle looks more akin to a Mosin than an Enfield, and I know for a fact that Russians didn't use anything close to a Brodie helmet.

 

.50 BMG has a hard time caring about any sort of body armor, actually. Now, if we talked Power Armor, that'd be different, since those are either made from God knows what, Titanium, or have external shielding as a bonus.

 

Still... I shall invoke the power of a fully automatic .50 on a tripod!
