He is one of the better characters in GOT. He's a complex character who still views honor in a high regard and he's always protective of Tyrion.

He is one of the better characters in GOT. He's a complex character who still views honor in a high regard and he's always protective of Tyrion.

 

He's the most developed character in the show and the books. He went from being the ******* everyone wanted dead right at the start, to becoming someone whom a lot of people could empathise with. The majority of characters don't have the same road of development as him, and certainly don't have the same change in how the audience view them. The Hound, we still all found him the same as when we first met him, despite how his development path went. Arya, was always going to end up how she is at the current moment, and that was apparent from the beginning. The same is said for, pretty much every other character in the show, and the books. Jaime is not my favourite character, but he's definitely up there near the top of the list.
