While I'm a little envious of those who can play them, instruments didn't interest me as much as hitting people so I never really got past being able to play a few tunes on ocarina (got one for Christmas because of Zelda).
I love music and even though I play guitar I'm more of a listener - I love to watch orchestral pieces. What amazes me is how people compose in their heads (like Roy does) and can hear it you know like looking at a page of a book and understanding what it sounds like. I mean I can read music but I don't hear it when I see it.
