I don't recall ever being able to do that, but it's been a year since I've had a Warden Loghain (Artemis was the on I believe). Or if it's mentioned he brushes it off and something about no regrets.
Loghain regrets what he's done and is actually miserable searching for an honorable death because the wardens don't like him either
