So is the OGB worth having? Does it make the overall story better?

Probably.  I never played the game without it.

On the last season of DS9...finally.  Onto Voyager. :D And then Enterprise. :D

Ah yes, the series with exactly one good episode...and it wasn't because of bare midriffs either.

Lets play 'spot the future empress'  ;)

BTW, I was gonna comment on Aria. She may be a tyrant, but like she says, the people had their lives and their freedom in her city. She only had one rule. lol.

Petrovsky tries to come off honorable, but he's the real tyrant. He controlled more aspects of their lives. That's why I tend to pick even the worst kind of renegades over Cerberus or the Reapers or Council stuff. They're full of ****.

Enterprise is my third favorite Trek series.  The Xindi arc was amazing.

I was actually kinda happy though that she remained on the Citadel, even though it did not make sense.  Maybe Omega could get some...actual help.  All that being said though Abigail always agrees with her in her decision and want to get Omega's populace to rise up and try taking out Cerberus on their own.  Fighting for their 'freedom'.  I head canoned that Aria got killed in the battle for the Citadel and Omega fell in with a former Krogan warlord that tried to start a Krogan Civil War.  Which Abigail stopped.

Amen. Its a flip of the coin between that and Voyager.  DS9 had the etter story and probably better character arcs but Voyager has a lot of nostalgia in it and a pretty good cast itself.

????? What you shuddering at?

Forget it. I can't come up with a decent character who does the OGB thing. I kind of want them to be complete screwups, and not merely make that one weird choice. Except screwed up Wardens don't transfer well. It makes no sense that Cass or Leli would ever want them around for the Inquisition. I remember trying that early on, and then deleted my save in disgust. lol

No, I mean a shitty Warden. He did lots of things including that. Then after Cass' fight with Varric, she went on about originally wanting the Warden or Hawke. It annoyed me a lot. Just cheap, where Bioware is just thinking of the PLAYER. Rather than the character. They go out of their way to coddle our poor, poor feelings, no matter what the choices are.

Because of DAO?

It's just too bad I've played it too many times. Get burned out... would have loved this more 3 or 4 years ago.

Mate it's like a brand new game for me. I was burnt out with it on PS3 though.

I admit I think I prefer console DA2 to PC version though.

that kind of ruthless determination miht have been exactly what they were looking for in a Warden.  Unless by shitty you mean petty.

As someone who played DA O on both, as someone who enjoyed DA O on PC more then PS 3....it wasn't really that big of a difference.  Alright games are alright.

Your headcanon for Omega. It's a vicious place for vicious people, not disneyland. It doesn't pretend to be anything it aint. Anyone who goes there half-cocked deserve what they get. It's my kind of place, no goodie-two-shoes allowed.

Bullshit. It's a holy calling to both of them. Not some frivilous nonsense. Leliana got killed by that Warden, he went out of his way to take giant turds on the Chantry, he sacrificed city elves for a measely +1 con, he executed dogs for kicks.. and then on and on. :P

It was basically everything MORRIGAN liked. Not everything Cassandra or Leliana like.

Then you obviously miss the point of my headcanon considering Kurl (The Krogan) was not a goodie two shoes, at least he wasn't when he tried to assasinate Eve and Grunt and start a Civil War resulting in the death of a lot of other Krogans.  Man was an arse.

DAI is much better on console to me.

But granted, my PC specs aren't the best for it. Just the feel of it is worse.

I love playing DAO, but it is a huge struggle on my PC.  I don't know if it is my hardware or if this is something everyone experiences, but I invariably deal with a slowing down of response times, longer loading screens, etc.  It becomes quite unbearable and I have to quit and restart.  Sometimes I can manage to sneak a good couple of hours before it starts happening, and sometimes it starts happening within 5-10 minutes.  *shrug*

Oh, and the fun CTDs. :D    *HOLY SMI...*  Oh, hello desktop.

DA2 was much more stable, imho, for the PC.  I have no console experience with either to know whether this ever happened on them as well.
