You know I have the feeling if I ever played Dark Souls it would be at least a Tier 4. Maybe a 5.

It's the only series I'd ever pre order but if you thought Bloodborne looked hard, Dark Souls is even harder still.
EDIT: Or possibly a Sleeping Dogs sequel.

All the games look unneccessarily hard for me and it has literally nothing that would draw me in.

Yeah about the only good thing it did but I just hate the Darth Maul fan boyism. The guy was a cardboad cut out of a character. Fandom: Look at how awesome and dreemy he is. Creators:...uh fans think this character is really cool, what do? Oh I know, bring him back! *head desk* I mean seriously I did not mind Maul in Phantom Menace but this insistance in jamming him into every little piece of the SWs universe as this super being of awesome is ****.
It proves no such thing. First of all the simularities between a New Hope are superficial, at best, and second of all we really have no idea where the new franchise is going. Abrams admitted that he was 'looking back to go forward' (and even then he created a very original work that did a lot of things I have been dying to see from a Star Wars movie yet Star Wars never had the guts to do) whereas Rian Johnson has described Episode VIII as being its 'own weird little thing'.
Well, to be perfectly honest, Darth Maul became a thing pretty much for the same 'rule of cool' reasons that Ayyla Secura did (who existed only as single artwork before she was made in to a full-blown character if memory serves). Shirtless Maul is....distracting
Still a better character than Jar-Jar. Or Finn.
As for the new movie, this is a thing we are just going to have to disagree on. I saw not-Luke on not-Tatoiine who found not-R2D2 who belonged to the not-rebels who fight against the not-empire who have a not-deathstar who destroy not-Alderaan and next target not-Yavin. Also featuring discount Vader and emperor. And discount battle of Yavin. What gives me hope is really Luke and his story with Rey and the fact that Abrams will never again direct a SW film. The expanded universe has spoiled me that i demand much, much more from SW than what the movie provided. From what i've read, the movie has been pretty divisive in the fandom that you either love it or loathe it and i'm in the latter camp.

I liked Kylo Ren way more then Vader. Especially Episode 4 Vader.
I mean a day after my second watch through of Episode VII I rewached New Hope and they felt so different.

I mean through the first 2/3rds of the movie him and Rey were solidly duking it out for my favorite character in the movie, and everyone knows how much I like DR so that was quite an accomplishment in and of itself
,but then Rey pulled ahead of him. And then I have only come to love Kylo so much in hindsight.

Well, for someone supposedly trained since childhood as a soldier and exposed to some pretty hardcore propaganda, he is a weak, spineless brat. Poorly written, poorly acted character that acts mainly as an unintentional and unwanted comedic relief. He is as pointless a character as the rebel pilot he rescues (who's name i can't even remember).
To say something positive about the movie, Carrie Fisher and Harrison Ford gave great performances and you can really see the feelings between Han and Leia when they are together and when they talk about their...family. Then again, i'm sure they could veto any derpiness concerning their characters from the script ![]()

I find it funny how Harrison Ford gave a great performance for a role he has always hated.
There wasn't a single bad performance in the movie.
I mean I do not think 'non existant' counts as 'bad' (lookin at you Phasma).

Discount Boba Fett. Like Boba in the movies, looks cool but does absolutely bugger all
Gwendoline Christie was completely wasted on the role. Though i have heard that Phasma will play a bigger role in the next movie.
