I got the Nar Shaddaa palace (just too damn big >.<) and the Dromund Kaas penthouse (which i focus on now). Need to actually buy a new addition to the place since the rooms i got are in use as a foyer (with the fabricator droids....where do you even get the tokens for the fabrication? O_o), the coolest office in the galaxy and a bedroom. Got around 10k cartel coins for being a subscriber so no worries about expansion costs for me

The Fallout 4 character creator female smiles are just as bad. But I don't have proof because I burned the pictures and salted their ashes.

MK-1's are lower level crafting. MK-2's then MK-3's require highest. I can make both synthetic and industrial ones, noth of which needed for universal. Working on a stockpile of them currently so I can do a big shopping spree 
it's just the crafting itself, you can buy the materials. can probably buy the items themselves too. Doubt I'm on your server so can't just send you a bunch
