Sorry honey, thank you.

It's just that IT Customer Service can be a horrible, awful place, and people can treat you like you're nothing just because they're frustrated.

Any form of customer service is just BS. I blame the doctrine "the customer is always right", giving people free reign to treat customer service workers like worthless sacks of meat because of their delusional entitlement. They lash out without taking things into consideration.. That some people can make honest mistakes. And they don't care. *they* are all that matters and you must bow down and lick their butt.

You've got it.

Somehow IT manages to be like 25% worse than normal service industries...

*snip*

Damn you, I was trying to go cold turkey with this gif ....

Mmmmmm cold turkey.

*snip*

*Beren whines in frustration and kicks his cat (not really) while the eastern slice of the nation gets the good snow*

That's actually from several days ago.  It's just been cold enough to not melt at all (thank the Maker for that, at least.)

Guess how much snow is outside my window right now?

Spoiler

ME:A is set so far into the future that if the Reapers did not die in Shepard's time, Liara launches a pod (that is later found by the new species) containing all the information about how to stop the Reapers and the next generation does it.

As it is in the Wikia:

"One of Liara's time capsules activates on an unknown world. A recording of Liara explains that the capsule contains a record of her generation's war against the Reapers and ultimate defeat. She urges whoever can find the capsule to use the information she gathered on the Reapers and the blueprints of the Crucible to try and succeed where the people of her time did not.

Many years into the future, a woman of an unknown race called the Stargazer tells the story of "The Shepard" to a young boy, and how their sacrifice and warning allowed for them to eventually defeat the Reapers, once and for all."

Erm, are you sure that is about ME:A because that just sounds like the 'Shoot Star Brat' ending?

I wasn't aware that they had given any information on timeline with ME:A. They are still remaining hush hush on basically everything.

Speaking of MEA I just read the most stupid thing I've ever read in my life.

I want my braincells back.

Anyways Foley wanted to rant in the rant thread but realized he should be writing instead.  So maybe people'll get a rant in the morning.

Not much official information at all still. We got the teaser trailer and a couple of news interviews like this one. mostly just saying there's no old characters in MEA at all, and a new pc.

But then we end up with this, where there will be some species we know of in the new game.

Yeah, I don't even know what to talk about with MEA... other than occassional opinion on the older games.

I'm happy for y'all.

I'm in Texas, sadly. And no Targaryen woman to spice up things either.

Texas would probably be more Dorne then anything.  IDK maybe Dorne would be Hawaii....hmmm I just realized making geographical comparisons between Westeros/ Essos and the Earth is silly. Though I guess if you say consider Washington King's Landing it might all fall into place from there.

Danny T is ridiculiously hot for a blond.  Mind you I think that has more to do with her liberty porn then actual looks.
