If you're really wanting to know, he's referring there to Farscape:  The Peacekeeper Wars.  A TV movie/mini-series that wrapped up the show Farscape.

 

Oh, and just because you reminded me of the movie... "I'M PRAIRIE DOGGING IT!"  I'm not, of course, but damned funny scene...
