Poor dude. Is it official yet? EA has the worst fanbase.

 

I think it might be because it is about Star Wars and is an MMO. I wish we could discuss the game here because I think there'd be a lot more discussion about the story, characters and the lore. It seems like people discuss this part of the game anywhere else but the official forums and I can understand why to a degree.

 

It's not even that the complaints about this are invalid. It's understandable why people would feel indignant over this and be disappointed. A lot of folks were excited about playing the long-awaited chapter of a pretty awesome series and even subscriped early for the chance to play it early. The thing, though, is how they act on those feelings.

 

What makes this even more frustrating is that it makes the forums feel inhospitable even a month after because it seeps into even discussions that are completely unrelated to what people are venting about so you wind up having to wade through a sudden vitrolic venting session about the game's management when you are trying to have a discussion about the latest development in the story.

Nah mate, I play this game and this fanbase only goes ape when it has to wait for server issues to be fixed. The rest of the Bioware fanbase goes ape and insane for so many little things it's not even funny anymore.

 

IMO swtor devs/customer service owe us nothing except getting it fixed and working. since everything today was bonuses anyway, the date we receive them doesn't friggin matter.

I've been seeing if I can hit the Witcher thread in the Feedback section: Aiming for the o and i in that post. If anyone asks, I'll just blame the "no to relationships, yes to sex?" thread in the Andromeda section or maybe the EA thread. That tends to distract people.

Hey I had no idea there was an early access for subs of a certain date, so I was quite happy sitting waiting excitedly for the 11th to play chapter 10 and I am a subscriber roflmao. As I said I'm happier just getting the stuff at some point, not about to lose my **** for missing one day so long as they get the issue fixed when they are able to.

 

Half the people on the forums right now really need a lesson in patience and keeping their anger to themselves, especially over a game

S'gonna be good to play through Knights of the Fallen Empire with my smuggler: So much attitude and Dirty Kick'ing. Arcann won't know what hit him but he'll sure know where it hit him. Although if his cybernetic plating extends to his groin, that's gonna be difficult.
