Yes. We're like one and the same. We have the same tastes, know each other and what we both like. Even have good... er... intimacy together sometimes. But we're just really REALLY good friends. Can't think of a better and more present friend than he, aside from my girl friend.

 

After all we've been through as just friends... we can't seem to make more of it any longer. It's ok. We're both fine   Truth be told we were, and still are, a pair of kids.

I don't think I could be 'intimate' with someone I considered just a friend.  If I am thinking you are using that term as a euphism for other terms. Way I look at it 'intimacy' will be as close to a marriage ceremony as I am likely to get.

It's just easy cuz we both know what each other likes... That's why. You know, unwinding and so on. It's easier with someone you know well and that person knows you well too. And knowing what he's doing is a major bonus too
