KILL 'EM WITH FIRE. I sincererely hope you brought Morrigan. She seems to be equally as much up your alley (no, Donk, don't) as Alistair. And is more offensively oriented from the get-go.

Are you under the impression I've not played Origins before?

Where are these ice giants you all keep talking about?

One Ice Giant, he's on the beach in JoH, behind some rocks/a cliff.

btw this is how most of my Hakkonite fights go

No, I'm just under the impression that I have to say everything, no matter how Capt'n Obvious I'm being about it.

The ice giant was a nightmare on nightmare - but he fell eventually, just like the rest of them.  My worst boss was the freakin' titan guardian.  I was one of the ones who had trouble with him.  Team was Lindiss (archer Lavellan) Cass, Vivienne and Solas.  In the end Cass pretty much solo'd and hacked it to pieces - it was not a pretty fight.

The whole DLC (aside from Hakkon) was a nightmare on nightmare, I say. Kicked my ass. The experience nearly killed me.

Trouble with him with Kara but Ben mowed through him like he was made of hot butter.  Bastard nearly pulled it out at the end though.

Remember the fight with the 2 Emissaries and Ogres?  I was well over 30 mins in that fight when PS4 crashed.  Closest I ever got to rage throwing my controller.

I think I did something similar the first time. lol.  But then future fights took me less time.  That thing is easy if you know how to do it.

That blows. They were tough no doubt. I had to rage quit Gurd Jerkoffsen or rather quit and get some sleep or I was going to throw something. Guy kicked my ass.

On nightmare difficulty?  I know a lot of people found it a walk in the park.  I tried tactical at first - that didn't work and I kept out of the way but the fecker kept knocking me off the ledge.  I just hacked and slashed and kept my (Cassie's guard) up.  It wasn't my greatest moment

Oh he was a bastard.  I had a few goes at that until I had the idea to use Mark of the Rift (wow, it's ages since I played) when they were doing the summoning which wiped out the first wave of enemies instantly.  It was still a really tough fight - I had to swap and play as Solas  I think there's a pattern here

Idk funnily I didn't have as many problems with Descent with Kiri (Nightmare, with Even Ground, Take It Slow and Grizzly End enabled) than I had with Haya on Casual.

Descent was a frickin cake walk on nightmare. Wasn't a challenge. I even two-manned it with Solas just because it was that easy.

 If I didn't have Solas with me, I would definitely not survived that fight at all. That guy made sure most everyone stayed alive.

Double Daggers?  Could that have something to do with it?  I solo'd Hakkon on nightmare with my rift mage - that took for-ev-er.

Oh... Gurd "Stunlock" Harofsen? I may or may not have a plan to make him one of my XCOM troops.

I'd've recruited him and sent him after Cory if I could. Corypheus would have had no chance at all against that guy. I mean, he didn't have a chance against the OP Inquisitor and crew anyway.

ToP: "I'ma cram this book in your face."

My badass qunari is Double Daggers - I'm not going to do another nightmare run though.  Are the trials worth it?  I don't know if I can be bothered with them.

I won't be doing another NM run either, I only want the Achievement

I'd say they are, I love Even Ground (Enemies are on the same level as you) and Take It Slow (less EXP, so you don't hit max Lvl that fast)

The faster you hit max level the better.
