I was a little disappointed when the eyebrows didn't change colour, but I'd much rather light teal hair with grey brows than pale blonde hair with playdough glow blonde brows.

 

You can change eyebrow color, but with different tool.

So I answered someone's question and was helpful. No one else bothered at all.  So that's a win for me.  I've never even had that problem in DAI, I just remembered that others had and what the solution was.
