I haven't tried to sleep with either of them myself but I don't really recall seeing an option to sleep with Gheyna as a female warden before. Then again I never tried^^;
I either ignore them or get them together. I'm pretty sh*t at roleplaying when I'm on my own half of the time^^;
I'm pretty sh*t at being anything other than nicey nice in most games then.
A male Warden can sleep with Gheyna. A female Warden for Cammen.
A couple of my Wardens were creeps. What can I say? 
Closest thing I've done to evil or d*ck stuff have all been in Fable mostly slaughtering entire villages to but up the real-estate and rent out to make tons of gold. I really need someone to help me do anything not super nicey nice in most if not all games I do^^;
And back to DAI to finish up the Templar quest, no longer having access to coffee so it'll probably be a short night for me.
I think last Bioware games I tried to play as a d*ck character were ME2 and DA2. Got bored of it in ME2 and had to mix snark options in DA2 to keep from getting bored. Though I'm sure it's mostly me just not being able to bring myself to play evil or mean characters all that often.
Most ******* thing my character has done in a game is Revan making Zaalbar kill Mission in Kotor 1.

As for Lanaya's knowledge of Gheyna, yup.
If the player caused Cammen and Gheyna to split up during the Cammen's Lament quest, Lanaya will ask why. Responding with either, "Because I enjoyed it.", "There was profit in it." or "My motivations are none of your business." decreases Clan Attitude.
