I think it's through an eluvian above the one that takes you to the deep roads. It's been awhile so I could be remembering the wrong mirror. Go to the left up a path when you get to deep roads mirror. Or it's the one around the back on the right....don't remember.

Tried to do a few more mods today but I'm either looking in the wrong places or my reading comprehension is pretty poor. What I found claims that the mod isn't done yet and just gives a 'here's what I got if you want to finish it yourself' kind of a bummer for someone like myself. Wasn't anything grand scale but was going to take out a minor annoyance I have with the game. Ah well. Drinks anyone?
