The dwarven merchant who wanted to buy the gaatlok recipe from the Arishok. I respect the ambition - somebody needs to get this from the qunari - but he was moderately stupid and severely ignorant of the Qun. 

 

As for drinking, this thread makes me want to visit the whiskey shop I have around the corner from where I live... besides the really high-quality stuff it sells, it's always funny to be there because the proprietor tends to be a little drunk.
