Streaming counting as pirating really depends on whether it's legal. I'm kind of touchy about that lately, but one of the major reasons I don't pirate anymore (other than the obvious againist the law bit) is because I'm paranoid, and don't believe the fact stuff I'd download would be virus-free.
That said, I'm not afraid of edging the law if it's technically legal. (I mean, carrying my assault rifle replica in the outdoors is technically legal... primarily because I see nothing about the way I carry it that is illegal)
Funny fact, I had a young pair ask me whether I'm a fisherman on the train once. Of course, that was my AK, hidden as the law dictates. Considering the plate carrier was clearly visible (nothing illegal about having THAT visible), though, I just think they didn't want to believe the police could "fail" so horribly as to allow a rifle mere feet away from them.
