Well, you can. You just can't legally sell it. There's plenty of DA:I novels up on AO3. I have seen some people putting up patreons for fanfic through tumblr lately though.

So. People posted complaints that they can't get matches, the game is doomed etc an hour after the game was patched.
The patch was scheduled for 3 hours of downtime. Was actually down for only an hour.
So thats a 2 hour window where most normal people wont be playing the game.
See? BSN isn't that crazy after all. You might say it's almost sane
