I had so many strange feelings on FF over the years, I really like that kind of silly/charming early FF1-3 the best, up to and including FF9, but I've played I think pretty much all of them.

 

Actually scratch that FF2 wasn't super charming, that one was kind of crazy lol. I mean it was all right though still, pretty different though in many ways.

Girlfriend is getting it for my birthday.  Which is why I am powering through DA I so much I think.  Though I am enjoying the hell out of it.  Well a bit, I did get a little bored of the Exalted Plains the other day.

I don't know how that one works, but New Vegas is my idea of open ended.. If that's what's going to be done, that's how I like it. I felt like I could create complex characters just through their skills and stats.

X-2 was, before I got DAI, the game I replayed most. I think I played it over 500 hours (which is like around 4-5, maybe 6 full PTs with doing everything)

The only FF game that disappointed me a little was Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Crystal Bearers. The story was great and the gameplay really fun, what disappointed me was that I finished the game in 18 hours....

There was a boss fight, I thought it would be like a mid-game fight. Fight is over, credits.

I played one for the GC (which I found a little boring, cause it just kept repeating itself after one in-game year) and the one for the Wii.

 

Layle, the MC of the game for the Wii kinda reminds me of the Inquisitor, because of his powers. He can manipulate gravity with the crystal embed in his cheek.

So I learned today that apparently Wednesday is for "Woten" and Friday is for "Freia" from Saxon mythology or something.

 

So we're using a viking calendar apparently.

 

I haven't played any of those spinoffs.. except FF tactics. I'm not sure what's good or not. Didn't play some of the early stuff on Nintendo either.

 

FFTactics was lots of fun, to be honest.
