But I didn't see Fenris' VA in the list...

He does voices for enemy goons in 3 and 4. He's credited and his voice is easy to distinguish from the voices of the other goons.

Meh like might be a little bit of a strong word.  I am just fascinated by him.  But then same goes for Solas el Solas.  I guess I am a sucker for angsty mages who want to destroy the world.

After about a decade in fannish circles, I've come to accept that every character, no matter how minor, has at least one person that cares enough about them to devote brainspace to them.

Anders was/is a main character though so you're going to have people on both sides of the spectrum. My irritation with him (I can't really say hate) is that I hated feeling like a helpless bystander in regards to him, so I don't hate him I hate how the game treated me. I mean DA2 gives that to you in spades, but like at least with Fenris and Isabella and Merrill you can challenge them and they can change somewhat for the better in their arcs, depending on how you play them.

 

Anyway, I like Fenris and Solas, but I totally get the reasons why other people would have problems with them both.
